All bikes sold by the IMC comes with a 12-month factory warranty. Please check with your dealer for detailed terms and conditions.
IMC Warranty Service Contract
Q. How do I know my IMC Warranty is activated?
A. You must activate your IMC Warranty with your Authorised IMC Dealer at the time of purchase.
Q. How is this done?
A. Your Authorised IMC Dealer will register you and your bike on the IMC – AWN On-Line Warranty System via the internet.
Q. Who do I contact for a warranty claim?
A. You must contact KaCare Pty Ltd on telephone (07) 3802 5528 or via email to claims@kacare.com.au
Q. Which IMC bikes are covered by the IMC Warranty?
A. All IMC off-road bikes are covered by the IMC Warranty including all Limited Edition bikes produced by IMC.
Q. How long does the IMC Warranty last?
A. The IMC Warranty lasts for 12-months from the date of purchase. (Conditions apply)
Q. What does the IMC Warranty cover?
A. The IMC Warranty covers the failure of components of the bike which IMC may determine was the result of a manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship.
Q. What does the IMC Warranty NOT cover?
A. The IMC Warranty DOES NOT COVER oil leaks, water leaks, normal wear and tear relative to age of the product, all service/maintenance items, consumables and any loss or damage occurring from overheating, lack of oil and any consequential loss or damage (including personal injury) arising out of the failure of any component of the bike. For full list of exclusions, please refer to your IMC Warranty Service Contract.
Q. Do I have to do anything to ensure my warranty is maintained?
A. Yes, you must maintain your bike in accordance with the Authorised Service Schedule described in your Owners’ Manual at 2 and 6-month intervals.© International Motorcycle Co. Pty Ltd. 2009
Q. Is my bike covered for competition and racing?
A. No
Q. If I sell the bike, does the warranty still apply.
A. Yes, the warranty is transferable to the new owner of the bike subject to their maintenance of the bike as required and the provision of all documentation as required.
